BELVEDERE PICKLEBALL COURT RELOCATION

Effective Friday, Nov. 10th, 2023 the pickleball court currently located at the Belvedere Lagoon Road RIGHT Court will move to the Belvedere Lagoon LEFT Court. The net will be moved to the left court where a temporary court will be lined.
For all reservations starting on Friday Nov. 10th, make sure you reserve the Lagoon Road Left PB Court in the online reservation system.

NEW! PICKLEBALL ROUND ROBIN

Starting Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023 between 3-5pm there will be a FREE key holders, Pickleball Round Robin program at the Del Mar Middle School courts. This time will be held for players to self-lead a pickleball round robin play like our Monday and Friday morning Tennis Round Robin. Please use the rolling net provided for play.
Understand that these courts are not reservable for pickleball play, due to most of our tennis programs being held at this location, and tennis instructors having priority at these courts for classes and lessons.

ANNUAL COURT KEY INFORMATION
Monday, April 3, 2024 - March 31, 2025 - courts will be rekeyed this year on Monday, April 1, 2024

*Starting Fee: Residents $175 / Non Residents $195, plus $3 processing fee. *Key fee is discounted throughout the year and keys are non refundable.

24-25 Keys are now available online or you can purchase your key at our offices located in Dairy Knoll Center at 600 Ned’s Way, Tiburon.

The purchase of your key allows you walk-on access to all three court sites (2 courts per site) as well as access to our online reservation system for both Point Tiburon Courts and the Belvedere Lagoon Road Courts. Pickleball is available between 9am-5pm at the Lagoon Road Courts. The purchase of a court key is not a requirement to enroll in group lessons nor to book private lessons with our Higgins Tennis Inc. Instructors (see Private Tennis Lessons below). Reservation slots are 1 hour on the hour. Keyholders are entitled to reserve 1 hour per day. Reservations can be made 1- 4 days in advance of any particular reservation slot, to the hour. Keys can be purchased online through your account or from our office using cash, credit card, or check. All keys must be picked up at our offices Monday - Friday between 9am-4pm.

Group Tennis & Pickleball Programs with Higgins Tennis Inc. www.Higginstennis.com

Private Tennis Lessons with Higgins Tennis Pros
Higgins Tennis Inc. tennis instructors teach private lessons at the Del Mar and Lagoon Road Tennis Courts in accordance with their tennis usage contract with The Ranch. Higgins Tennis Inc. will post participation rules and guidelines at these two locations. The purchase of an annual tennis key is not required to participate in private lessons. Private lessons must be booked directly with the pro. Please visit the pros page of the www.higginstennis.com/our-pros to contact the tennis instructors to arrange a private lesson.

Pt. Tiburon Courts

  • The court on the left side is referred to as the Lower Court. The court on the right side is referred to as the Upper Court.

  • Access the courts via the walkway on Beach Rd. Public parking is available in the free lot to the left of the Lower Court.

  • Reservations are allowed for both courts.

  • Absolutely no lessons are allowed on these courts.

  • This location has a water fountain and a portable toilet.

 
 

Lagoon Rd. Courts

  • The court at the top is referred to as the Right Court. The court at the bottom is referred to as the Left Court.

  • Access the courts via the gate facing the Tiburon Multi-Use Path and Tiburon Blvd. Public parking is available on Lagoon Rd or in the free lot along Tiburon Blvd.

  • Reservations are allowed for the both courts.

  • The Right Court is equipped with both Tennis and Pickleball lines, and a mobile pickleball net. Return the pickleball net to the fence after use.

  • Higgins Tennis Inc. has priority use for their lessons.

  • This location has a water fountain, but no toilet.

 
 

Del Mar Courts

  • The court on the left side is referred to as the Left Court. The court on the right side is referred to as the Right Court.

  • Access the courts via the gate & walking path at the corner of Avenida Miraflores & Tiburon Blvd. Public parking is available along Avenida Miraflores.

  • No Reservations allowed for either of these courts.

  • Higgins Tennis Inc. has priority use of these courts for their lessons.

  • This location has a water fountain & a portable toilet.
