Behavior Standards

The Ranch provides unique and exciting experiences for children. In order for each experience to be positive and safe, each participant must follow established program rules. The rules are simple and reflect our concern for the safety and welfare of the children, both as individuals and as members of a group. Ranch staff will clearly establish the rules for each activity or situation. Our policy is to discuss the problem/issue with the child and ask the child to verbalize how he/she intends to correct or change his/her future actions. We reserve the right to remove a child from an activity or program if it is deemed necessary for the safety of your child or the physical and emotional well being of the other children in our care. Due to our concern for every child in our program, we will not hesitate to take these actions and we expect your support as parents. Communication between the parents and staff is very important. We hope you will never hesitate to come to us with your questions or concerns.
