Michelle Barsky grew up in Southern California and attended UC Riverside where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology. Since joining The Ranch in 2015, she has worn many hats including Recreation Leader, Summer Camp Administrator and her current positions of Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator.  Bruce Miller grew up in Ventura, Ca and graduated from UC Riverside in 2010 with a BA in History. Since graduating, Bruce has spent six years working with youth of all ages. Before calling The Ranch his home, Bruce worked for a number of non-profit organizations and after-school programs, including City Year, Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, and ASES Afterschool Programs. Bruce would love to see every child in our community pick up a ball, puck, baton, bow, shuttlecock, or quaffle and try a sport. Whether it’s a well-known sport like Basketball and Soccer, or a lesser-known sport like Lacrosse or Quidditch, he feels that sports help children to learn teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, camaraderie, strategy, and leadership all while having fun and staying active. When not running between different programs and the office, Bruce can be found playing basketball or football with friends, rooting for the lowly Orlando Magic and New York Jets, wrestling with his pitbull, Nico, competing at local Trivia Nights, reading one of his 2,000+ (and growing) comic books, or just hanging around with the people he loves.
